Completing the form

When you click on "Join now!" a fillable PDF form will appear on your screen. You can either complete the from on your computer and print out and mail the completed form or you can print out the form then fill it and mail it. You just can not save a completed form on your computer, however.

To view the PDF form, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which probably came with your browser. If you don't have it, however, you can get it from the Adobe web site for free.
